Juan Gualberto Hoil Chan fue detenido luego de asesinar a golpes a su propia madre.<\/div>\n
El sujeto tambi\u00e9n atac\u00f3 a su t\u00edo, cuando \u00e9ste le reclam\u00f3 por lo que hizo.<\/div>\n
Los hechos ocurrieron en Chikindzonot, en la casa de la v\u00edctima, identificada como Aurelia Hoil Chan.<\/div>\n
De acuerdo con los reportes de las autoridades, Juan Gualberto lleg\u00f3 ebrio y drogado a la casa de su madre, con qui\u00e9n discuti\u00f3.<\/div>\n
La mujer estaba en su hamaca, pues era de avanzada edad y estaba enferma.<\/div>\n
Ah\u00ed comenz\u00f3 a golpearla, como lo hab\u00eda hecho en otras ocasiones,  dej\u00e1ndola malherida.<\/div>\n
La mujer falleci\u00f3 horas despu\u00e9s, aunque, seg\u00fan las autoridades, muri\u00f3 infartado..<\/div>\n
Al sitio lleg\u00f3 Fabi\u00e1n Hoil Chan, t\u00edo del presunto homicida y le reclam\u00f3 por la golpiza,  tambi\u00e9n fue agredido, aunque logr\u00f3 ponerse a salvo y pedir ayuda a la Polic\u00eda Municipal para la detenci\u00f3n del agresor, qui\u00e9n m\u00e1s tarde fue liberado en pol\u00e9mica decisi\u00f3n<\/div>\n
Los vecinos dijeron que en ocasiones golpeaba a su madre y una vez incendi\u00f3 la vivienda.<\/div>\n
