A. N. C. <\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">A principios de octubre de 2010, la mujer se encontraba en su domicilio, cuando su esposo &nbsp;la oblig\u00f3 a sostener relaciones sexuales y a pesar de que \u00e9sta intent\u00f3 defenderse, P\u00e9rez Cuc la golpe\u00f3 y se aprovech\u00f3 de ella.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">Bajo la amenaza de que si no acced\u00eda ser\u00eda agredida f\u00edsicamente, los abusos contra la afectada se repitieron en otras ocasiones, hasta que en marzo de 2011, cansada de los abusos de su esposo, interpuso su denuncia en el Ministerio P\u00fablico, que el d\u00eda de hoy deriv\u00f3 en la detenci\u00f3n del agresor.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\">Dicho sujeto fue detenido en la calle 22 por 57-A y 59 del fraccionamiento Fidel Vel\u00e1zquez y fue enviado al \u00e1rea de seguridad de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, de donde posteriormente fue turnado al CE.RE.SO., en donde estar\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del juez que lo requiere.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por obligar a su esposa a sostener relaciones sexuales a la fuerza, agentes Ministeriales detuvieron a Luis Enrique P\u00e9rez Cuc.
