font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: small; line-height: 115%;\">Oscar Javier Balam Eu\u00e1n<\/b> (a) \u201c<b style=\"background-color: white; color: #2a2a2a; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: small; line-height: 115%;\">Benyi<\/b>\u201d, de 24 a\u00f1os de edad, por da\u00f1ar el veh\u00edculo de su vecino Roberto Vidal Echeverr\u00eda Yam&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el expediente, los hechos se registraron la noche del 10 de octubre del 2009, en la calle 131 entre 74 y 72 de la colonia San Antonio Xluch, en donde el denunciante ten\u00eda estacionado su volkswagen, Sedan placas YXB-9283, el cual fue da\u00f1ado por el ahora detenido.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\">Balam Eu\u00e1n estaba sentado en la acera de enfrente del domicilio del agraviado, cuando tom\u00f3 unas piedras y comenz\u00f3 a lanzarlas contra el veh\u00edculo de su vecino, logrando da\u00f1ar el costado posterior derecho e izquierdo del autom\u00f3vil, que fueron valuados en mil 800 pesos.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;Al percatarse de la acci\u00f3n del indiciado, Echeverr\u00eda Yam intent\u00f3 detenerlo y tras forcejear con \u00e9l para quitarle las piedras, \u00e9ste se dio a la fuga, por lo que solicit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de elementos polic\u00edacos, pero al no ser posible localizarlo interpuso la denuncia correspondiente ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\">En cumplimiento de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra, Balam Eu\u00e1n fue detenido y remitido al Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social del Estado, a fin de que responda por los cargos que se le imputan ante el juez que lleva el caso. <\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white;
