line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\">Agentes de la Polic\u00eda Ministerial detuvieron a &nbsp;<b>Roger Arturo Alcocer Ram\u00edrez,<\/b> de 40 a\u00f1os de edad, acusado de &nbsp;<b>Fraude<\/b>, denunciado por Mario Efra\u00edn Dzul Cab, a quien le vendi\u00f3 una camioneta que luego no le entreg\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\">El afectado dijo que el 11 de mayo del 2009 Alcocer Ram\u00edrez se present\u00f3 a su domicilio y le ofreci\u00f3 en venta la camioneta Ford, tipo Ranger, con placas de circulaci\u00f3n YN-78249, que estaba vendiendo por &nbsp;110 mil pesos.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;Debido a que al afectado le gust\u00f3 el veh\u00edculo, le pidi\u00f3 al vendedor que llegaran a un arreglo y acordaron que el comprador le dar\u00eda un anticipo y el resto en parcialidades, por lo que ese mismo d\u00eda le entreg\u00f3 35 mil pesos en efectivo, a cambio del recibo correspondiente y de la camioneta que el inculpado le entreg\u00f3 en ese momento. <\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; text-align: justify;\">Al d\u00eda siguiente Alcocer Ram\u00edrez le dio al denunciante una copia de una carta factura, en donde aparec\u00edan los datos del veh\u00edculo, comprometi\u00e9ndose a entregar el documento original en cuanto le pagara la totalidad del dinero.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; text-align: justify;\">A principios del mes de junio, la v\u00edctima aport\u00f3 una nueva suma de dinero, consistente en 60 mil pesos, y le pregunt\u00f3 al denunciante por la tenencia y las placas del veh\u00edculo, tr\u00e1mites que \u00e9ste \u00faltimo se comprometi\u00f3 a realizar por un costo m\u00e1s de 5 mil pesos.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de recibir el dinero que cubr\u00eda el costo total del automotor y los tr\u00e1mites de las placas, el inculpado le pidi\u00f3 la camioneta al comprador con el pretexto de realizar dicho tr\u00e1mite, pero nunca se la regres\u00f3, pese a la insistencia de Dzul Cab quien in\u00fatilmente intent\u00f3 comunicarse con el sujeto.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ecxmsonormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial;
