margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\">El  acusado, de 19 a\u00f1os de edad, fue consignado al Juzgado Quinto Penal, acusado de  robo con violencia, denunciados por el menor Josu\u00e9 L\u00f3pez  Vicente.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\">Sin  mediar palabra, el sujeto se le fue encima al menor porque crey\u00f3 que era  integrante de una banda con la que tiene problemas y le peg\u00f3, incluso le dio un  par de planazos con un machete que llevaba en la mano.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\">Los  dos sujetos huyeron no sin antes apoderarse de la bicicleta del menor, a quien  tambi\u00e9n despojaron de $100 que ten\u00eda.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\">Minutos  despu\u00e9s, el v\u00e1ndalo fue detenido por agentes de la SSP a los que el menor pidi\u00f3  ayuda.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\">En  su declaraci\u00f3n preparatoria, el detenido dijo que acudi\u00f3 a la agencia a comprar  cervezas y que ah\u00ed un sujeto al que conoce como <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background-attachment: initial;
